Hot tub in room was amazing + adjustable lighting brightness Hotel was perfectly at a walkable distance from Clifton hill, Skylon, good restaurants and Niagara falls Ubereats delivers directly to room door Lots of privacy, we blasted music and laughed super loud and no one complained Gym was empty so thats good Got all amenities as described in description Lots of room space

Friendly helpful staff The room was acceptable. Cleaner is desirable! We ended up staying and getting a jacuzzi tub room at a good price for the extended stay. Being old and first-timers at the Falls was a treat. Bring warm layers and comfy shoes!

We had a great stay! The room was very clean,the bed and chairs were very comfortable. The pillows were great and linen was spotless. We were in walking distance to everything.

Location is close to all attractions. Short 10-15 minute walk.

The hotel was very clean and in close distance to attractions. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Chriscia at the front desk was lovely and very accommodating. My husband and I decided to extend our trip and had to change rooms. Chriscia offered out a late check to wait for our new room but also had our new room ready long before check out and allowed us to check in early. We really appreciated this as we didn't want to wait from 11am-3pm to our new room. The front desk also assisted us with getting a tour. The tour picks up at the hotel and takes you to attractions in the falls. It was WONDERFUL, George our guide was Magnificent and very knowledgeable about the area.
